ABOUT HERBST STONEWORK

Stonemason, Luke Herbst, has been working with natural stone in a variety of applications since 2008. He can build with natural stone in any capacity and has found the creative and artistic aspects bring him great satisfaction. In 2012, Luke traveled to Lexington, KY for a drystone workshop lead by a master craftsman from Scotland. Since then, he has been drawn to the craft of proper drystone walling, and the capacity to build walls, patios, and different structures with or without the use of mortar. Luke has an eye for detail, and prides himself on the patience and skill required to build with natural stone. It's a process that he is fully invested in start to finish and that he truly enjoys.  His commitment ensures that the client is left with an attractive, well planned, and well executed project that will be enjoyed for many years to come.
